It seems the forum is marked as the "index" page instead of the portal. I don't know what type of control you have but if it isn't just an option hidden somewhere maybe you could manually change the tags for which one it references as the index.

Also is there a way to change the Pic at the top? If so maybe we can whip up something to go up there; the SC2 guy IS kinda cool though

I'm sure you can. I haven't messed much with themes and phpbb, so it'd take a little bit to figure out how things are structured. As far as the front page being index, I'm not sure we can switch it... maybe.... I'll have to tinker.
